Did you have an oversight with your TORRELA accessory? Don't worry, we'll replace it for you!
At TORRELA we understand that accidents exist and we don't want you to be left without your favorite accessory due to that carelessness. That is why we put at your disposal the following policy of changes, returns and replacement of products.
In order to give you a new accessory, it is important that you consider the following:
For natural stone bracelets:
- In case you have broken your bracelet, you must send evidence of your broken accessory through a direct message on your Instagram profile: @torrelajewelry
- You must send us a guide to send you your new bracelet; or, cover the cost of $200 (for shipments within Mexico).
- The replacement cost of your wristband is $350, we'll cover the rest!
- It is important that you consider that our designs are limited to a number of pieces, as well as we depend on the inventory of the piece that has suffered the accident. In case your bracelet is discontinued, we ask you to give us at least 2 different proposals for stone bracelets.
For Silver accessories:
- If you have broken an accessory, you must send it IN COMPLETE to the address that we will provide you by direct message on your Instagram profile: @torrelajewelry. In the event that your accessory is not found with the complete parts, WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO MAKE THE EXCHANGE and you will have to send a new guide to send you back your damaged accessory.
- You will have to cover the shipping costs of your chain to our offices, as well as the shipping costs of your new chain. If you like, you can provide us with the guides. In case you decide to opt for us to do it, our cost of each shipment is $200 (for shipments within Mexico).
- The replacement cost of your accessory is as follows:
- Necklace: $450
- Ring: $450
- Silver Bracelet: $700
- Woven silver bracelets: Range from $1,000 to $1,600 (depends on the product)

- It is important that you consider that our designs are limited to a number of pieces, as well as we depend on the inventory of the piece that has suffered the accident. In the event that your accessory is discontinued, or we have few pieces in inventory, unfortunately we will not be able to exchange it for a new one.
- Changes for other accessories are not allowed.
