All shipments are made with Ncargo or Estafeta to meet the level of quality of service and delivery times.

    • Orders under $1,700 MXN, the shipping cost will be $99 anywhere in Mexico.
    • Orders over $1,701 MXN, the shipping cost to any part of Mexico will be FREE.
    • For International shipments, you must quote it at the end of your order.
  • We deliver to the entire Mexican Republic, the United States and the Rest of the World.
  • Delivery times are:
    • Mexican Republic = 3 to 6 business days
    • United States = 5 to 7 business days
    • Rest of the world = 5 to 7 business days

SALES SEASON: We ask for a little of your patience due to the high demand for products. The delivery time can increase to 15 business days, but we will do our best to deliver your new accessory as soon as possible.

Once the order is confirmed, TORRELA Jewelry has a delivery compliance time to courier companies of no more than 3 business days, delays in the operation of said companies are not our responsibility.

  • To minimize delivery risks, we ask you to check your mail, address and telephone number in detail at the time of making your purchase.
  • Once the purchase is made and we have processed the product, we will send you an email with the tracking number and URL for tracking.
  • You will receive direct notifications from the shipping company for follow-up.
  • Once the product has left our warehouse, you must check the direct status with Ncargo or Fedex.

Payments

The online store uses the Shopify platform, which has the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) security protocol for the protection of your data.

All payments made by credit and debit card will be processed with PayPal Plus; giving you the best guarantee on your purchases.

We have the following means of payment:

  • We accept most internationally issued credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard and American Express)
  • PayPal (at the end of the order you will be redirected to the PayPal platform to complete the purchase)
  • Bank deposit
  • ZIP (at the end of the order you will be redirected to the ZIP platform to complete the purchase)

Note: payment can only be made with 1 payment method

About MSI (months without interest)

  • You must select the modality in the PayPal pop-up window and it will be reflected in your purchase receipt at the end of it.
  • We have 3 MSI all the time
  • >= to 6 MSI only in selected seasons such as Buen Fin, Aniversario, Hot Sale, etc.
